Fun Photos of Past and Present Silkies and Highlands
Mini Silky Fainting Goats are wonderful animals. They are just like dogs, but quieter and easier to care for. They will run to greet you, love to be petted and brushed, and you can even put them on a leash and take them for a walk. I even had one that loved to go sledding with us and run up and down the sledding hill. If you would like to own one of these friendly, loving silkies, let me know.

ABOUT US
We are a small farm in Elwell, Michigan which is about 15 minutes south of Mt. Pleasant and Central Michigan University. We loved and owned pygmy goats as pets for 15 years, until we were introduced to miniature silky fainting goats when we visited Flying J Fainters and Sol-Orr Farms, and we fell in love! Miniature Silky Fainting goats were created by crossing long haired fainting goats with long haired Nigerian dwarf goats. If you would like to learn more about this wonderful new breed, visit the Miniature Silky Fainting goat registry. http://www.msfgaregistry.com/
Over the past years, we have added Scottish Highland cattle and Kunekune pigs to our farm. We have decided to focus our efforts on our cattle and pigs and are not breeding fainting goats at this time.

We have gorgeous mini silky breeding stock from Virginia, Indiana, Tennessee, and Michigan. See our bucks and does pages for pictures and information. Our goal is to breed friendly mini silkies with easy care long hair coats, and correct conformation, to be sold for breeding, showing, and as pets. If you see something you are interested in, contact us and we will gladly put you on our waiting list, or you may reserve a kid from one of our planned breedings. E-mail me at [email protected]
